🧍 Patient Workflow

💬 SMS & WhatsApp Communication (Bill, Report)

  • Manual SMS: Send Patient Bill manually by clicking the 💬 icon in the Patient section.
  • Auto SMS: Sent automatically when a new patient is registered.
  • Report SMS: Go to Test History and click the 💬 icon to send report to:
    • Doctor       💬
    • Reference  💬
    • Patient       💬
  • WhatsApp Bill: Click the WhatsApp icon in the Patient row to send the bill.
  • WhatsApp Report: In Test History, click the WhatsApp icon (last column) to send the report to: Patient

🆕 New Features (July 2025)

  • 🛠 Report Section Control: You can now manage your Report Section settings via Profile Icon ➜ Organization Settings.
  • 📈 Graph Report Template: A new graph-based test report format has been introduced for visual comparison of previous patient results.
  • How to Enable Graph Report:
    • Edit the test from Test Master section
    • Set Report Template to Normal Test Format (Graph)
    • Save the test
    • Then go to Patients section, right-click the patient row, select Edit Test, and save again
  • 📊 Automatic Graph Display: Once enabled, the system will automatically show previous test results in a graph for that patient and test.
📝 Note: If the graph doesn’t show up, re-edit and save the test in the patient section to apply the new format correctly.
